Everything is overall clean and great. The room is spotless and brand-new with large windows in the bathroom, also they can offer wake-up service. A sofa bed, central heating, and an iron are available. The staff is excellent and amiable and the food is outstanding. It has magnificent and beautiful location to see Anne of Cleves House.

The view from our hotel room was really amaizing and kids adored the view to the wooden sailing boat. The food was really delicios. The playing room is full of new toys and is very beautiful. The staff are very polite.

There was a spyder net and a spyder in a hotel room when we came. The hotel does not have the eating chairs for babies.

I chose Amax Boutique for its perfect location near Sailor's Village. The hotel's bike and car hire services were an added bonus, allowing us to explore the area easily. , the free WiFi throughout the property was greatly appreciated. The restaurant's beautiful views of the lake and delicious fish dishes made our dining experience memorable.

Spa experience: excellent professional competence and very friendly staff. Comfort and spaciousness in apartment. Quality of the food and excellent service in the restaurant. Very nice and quiet location at lakeside. Hotel claimed not to have received our reservation from Booked.net so we got a very nice, comfortable and spacious apartment instead of the twin room.

I always come back to this amazing hotel. The staff found my lost necklace on my first visit. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, and so much more. I'm coming back for New Year!

I always go back to my favorite hotel, they even helped me exchange money! It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, fitness center. Perfect for my holiday! Amenities: A/C, non-smoking rooms, laundry, flat-screen TV. I never regret staying here.
